Kirk was great to work with on setting up appointment and understanding the issues I was experiencing with my vehicle. The communication about issues at hand were great and recommendations of what should be done to correct those issues all helped. There were some slight delays with the repair but was out of their hands and was communicated that it repair may take longer than expected. Overall great experience and will continue to have auto work done at Tires Plus.

Driving across the country and got a nail in my tire that caused a slow leak. I pulled in an hour before closing and they got me right in, checked the tire, and told me what my options were. They didn't have my size in stock, but they called around to a bunch of places in the city where I was heading and found one that did. Put my tire back on, topped it up, and sent me on my way with no charge. I was quite happy with their help, recommendations, and service, and would recommend them for your tire needs.

Not being from Bismarck I didn't know any shops and saw Tires Plus North on my way into town. I didn't have time for an appointment and they got me in shortly after a short wait. Staff members were very helpful. Showroom and bathrooms were very clean. The driver of the shuttle car was very friendly and personable. They did the work in a timely fashion and honored their warranty when my car broke down a week later due to the need for a head gasket and not just the original problem of no heat. I got to enjoy a complimentary Coke-a-Cola while I waited. Definitely a good place to go for Tires and More.

Super helpful! Quick in and out service! I ordered 4 brand new tires for my truck. They only took about 3 days to get delivered. They called me and were able to get me in right away and had all 4 tires on in about 30 minutes! Highly recommend going to the north tires plus!

Right from the get go amazing service. Was on the the website shopping tires. Best prices I could find. Once I added to set up appointment I was call within minutes. Very professional find out my needs and get me set up. Check in was great and safe. Very clean place to hang out while tires are installed. Very very pleased I choose tires plus. Thank you for taking amazing car of me and my car. Definitely recommend Tires Plus for all auto needs . So impressed by the tire service I went around and had an oil change done as well. All I can say is wow. Such professional service and fast.. I did tires, alignment, oil change with filters all in little over an hour.. awesome job guys very impressive.
