Almost cost us a job over poor scheduling and communication on their part. Wanted to rent to try out equipment we planned on purchasing in the spring. Rental department dropped the ball. If this is a sign how this dealer works I’ll stick with other manufacturers besides case... Extremely disappointed in their business ethics.

I didn't buy anything but walked out with a free poster, a suggestion where to find what I was looking for and very courteous staff.
Customer support is slow and don't know much. Many time said they would contact us back and have failed to do so. They don't stand behind their sales.
