Title is a great place for a workout and to get in the best shape of your life. The gym owner, Alice, is easy to talk to and all the trainers are personable. Drop in for a workout and I guarantee you’ll have a fun time.

Going to this gym is a great experience! All the trainers are really helpful and ready to go out of their way to get you to your goals!,
I’ve worked with other trainers before and nobody has come close to the level of expertise that they have! Great gym!
The best kind of workouts are the ones that don't feel like workouts. Title Boxing is the perfect balance of fun and intensity; you forget sometimes that you are working out. The best part of Title Boxing is its staff. In the short time I've been going there, they've already made me feel like I'm part of the family. I look forward to seeing them every day as much as I do working out.
I was a visiting Title member from another club out of state and I was excited to experience another Title while on vacation to see how it compared. I brought my sister along with me who had never been to a Title class and I was hoping she would love it just like me. We hit traffic prior to the noon 60 min class so we were going to be arriving shortly before the start of class. I apologized for not arriving sooner but we told our trainer was “always late” so that’s ok. (I’ll give the trainer’s name if needed) Hearing this when walking in the door was already not good. He arrived to class 5-10 minutes late. His microphone only worked or was on for 10% of the class. I never realized he started the warm up because he spent 99% of it walking around and talking to everyone (small talk). I have never spent 2-3 minutes doing strictly high knees before this class. Next the 8 rounds of boxing had no variety. We repeated several sequences multiple times. He was very nit picky about my stance, how far my feet were apart, how I would pivot on my back foot, EVERYTHING. He was not critiquing in a professional way. He was rude and I felt frustrated by his lack of training. There were several times we spent the majority of a round doing the same movement because he was over someone trying to get them to perform a movement exactly the way he wanted. The only time he eased up on me was when I said I belonged to a Title club already. Next...12 minutes of “core” was not good. We spent the majority of the time doing standard crunch, crunch holds, and bicycles. I was thankful when the class ended and felt embarrassed that my sister was with me and had to witness that type of training during a class. I hope that all trainers at this location are not trained like this because he definitely did not have any professionalism nor show any respect for Title Boxing by his actions.
