I paid for a starter kit and didn't get everything I was supposed to (missing the beginner's book and entrance reducer). I went to get my bees (2 1/2 hour drive) and Ed (the owner) was simply rude when I picked them up. It wasn't a great introduction to the hobby. Their boxes are seconds (knots and cracks) and overpriced. But... it's the only game in town so... you don't necessarily get what you pay for.
