We booked a private tour and had an amazing experience. I would highly recommend the company, and I wouldn't hesitate to do it again! My photo shows a little bit of the bioluminescence. The phone photo hardly does it justice. In real life it's brighter and incredible to watch.

Tour guide Steve was awesome! My family went to the office instead of the drop off location which was at least 20 mins away and he had no problem waiting for us especially since the other family was late also. He was so knowledgeable and great with my son that was a little scared at first but loved it by the end. Such a great experience. If this is a place your considering....I highly recommend it.

Our family had a great experience with Kamaly (please forgive me if I misspelled your name). What an amazing guide that was patient with children, took the time to teach the youngest how to kayak, and teach us all about the area. While we didn't see any manatees we had a lot of fun and would highly recommend this tour company again. Word to the wise... Plan extra time for the drawbridge.

Our guide was Vincent and he was AMAZING! We went out hoping to see either a manatee or a dolphin. Not only did we see both, but in 2 different locations, the manatee kept coming over to us and LOVED to be petted. They were just laying in the water, rolling over on their bellies, and wanted to be petted. They would reposition themselves and come again, over and over. The baby was the cutest. I uploaded videos of our interactions with them. Vincent knew a lot about the local area, the animals, the fauna, and the locations. He was knowledgeable, respectful, and fun.
