The service was good. The two service men did a good job. The cost was reasonable until I had them clean 2 fair sized area rugs & one very small carpet piece. They charged 100-1/2 of the cost for the whole house! And, I didn’t have them shampoo a smaller area rug because it was very expensive to have done. When I first spoke to a girl, she said ALL carpets were included. I assumed that meant all. You need to let the company know to specify that the area carpets are extra and not charge so much. It took the cleaners a matter of minutes to clean those rugs. 100 is ridiculous! I don’t blame the service guys. They only followed what was told to them.

Jeremiah did a fantastic job cleaning our carpets! He was competent, friendly, and left the carpets looking like new. The service was reasonably priced and they did not try to gouge me for extra money. The carpets also dried extremely quickly, though that is due in part to the dry Utah air. I will definitely be using them in the future!
Super impressed with these guys! Price is unbeatable, they did a fantastic job, were friendly, I set up the appointment over text and answered all my questions via text as well. The extraction wasn't even, some places were pretty wet still compared to others but they still all dried in less than 24 hours. I hadn't had a chance to vacuum 2 of my rooms and they told me not to worry about it and didn't it themselves. They also moved the couch which other companies don't do. They sent out 2 people which made the process to really fast. I paid extra for the Scotchgard treatment and they raked it into the carpet (other companies just spray on top and leave it) but raking it in ensures a good coating and fluffs up the carpet, making it look brand new. Would recommend, and will use again. Can't wait to have them do my car!
Our experience with TMH was great. They were easy to work with, very helpful and knowledgeable with address some concerns we had with our carpet, and was very prompt and on time. Our carpets look so much better and we are very happy. The value was WELL worth the price!

We had them clean the carpets in a rental home that we own. They were able to remove rust stains and a bright red stain that I was sure would never come out. It looks great and I will definitely be using them again both for my rental properties and my own home. Will also recommend them to others.
Brandon came out and cleaned my mostly carpeted 5 bedroom house in only 3 hours, and he did an amazing job! I’m so impressed with the work he did that I booked an appointment to get my ducts cleaned as well. Super happy with my carpets!
They were very responsive including changing date and time last minute. They were very professional, in time, respectful and did a wonderful job of cleaning our carpets. Also the price can't be beat! I will definitely use them again. Thank you guys!
