This place is the worse. I would give them zero stars if I could. I bought a new car about 3 years ago. For the first 2 years I have my car registered there. My husband and I are military so we had to travel. They gave us issues from the beginning. They wouldn't work with us over the phone so we had to ask family to help. They wouldn't work with my in law and I'm sure it was because my in law are Hispanic. My mom goes in NO issues. Now 3 year have went by, we are moving to Cobb county and staying. I'm trying to get my tag which county. For the last 3 months we been trying to find my title for my car. Called multiple time and they said they didn't have it. We had to get our loan company to call and guess what they said \we do have the title but it was never process correctly so the car isnt even in their name. They would have to come in compete the proper paper work to get the title\ and we are still having issues. Just be ready to deal with a headache with dealing with these people.

I moved to Stephens county in 2014. I have had numerous opportunities to interact with the staff in this office, both in person, and by telephone. I have found the staff to be courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful on every occasion. I have had to interact with these folks for both routine and exception requests. In every case, they made every effort to assist me with out complaint or delay. This office is the best, by far, tag office I have ever had to interact with.
These people hate doing there job. They can not answer the phone and when they do, they put you on hold without letting you know to hold please. This is the 2nd day I try to get in touch with them. I'm 2 hours away and unable to just pull up there. Bad customer service, please upgrade to better employees. I been holding for 30 min. This is my 10th call today alone. They answer and put me back on hold, its as if they want me to hang up so they don't have to deal with another customer.
