So glad Sawbill was the place we choose to help us with our 1st trip to the Boundary Waters. They did a great job of ensuring we had what we needed. And they were taking all of the necessary precautions during COVID-19.

It's a wonderful place staffed by wonderful people. The outfitter is just on the edge of the BWCAW. The three National Forrest campgrounds the outfitter maintains are clean and quiet. A person can rent a canoe for a day or have an entire canoe trip outfitted. I think the prices they charge are reasonable for the services provided.

Incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We've been going there for years and they have helped us from the time we were novices through now in our intermediate skills. Every time they have worked with us with the utmost courtesy and never made us feel like we were not part of canoe country. Highly highly recommend!

Place is amazing and beautiful. Camping is great and staff is awesome! We came in on bikes with all our gear and they let us store the bikes while we got a canoe rental. Definitely going back
