In today's world of professionalism, this place is a Junk Yard of Marine World. On multiple occasions, I have received sour attitudes, improper communication, lack of compassion and willingness to help from the management staff. This trickles down to the rest of the employees, and the attitude can be felt throughout the organization. I personally know several people who have been lied to about improper winterization, resulting in cracked engine blocks, and cracked and leaking manifolds when only the exhaust hoses needed to be replaced. If you're looking for a place with honest people, look elsewhere.
