This is my go to spot for my craft items. There's usually a coupon or 2 to reduce the cost, even on top of sales sometimes. If they don't have it in stock, they'll order it and I receive it very quickly. Customer service is great with extremely friendly and helpful associates.

Went in last night for the first time, will DEFINITELY be going back. The staff were fun, VERY helpful. I was the very last one to leave the store last night. They stayed over for me (just by a few minutes) and they were happy to do so. Even though the Christmas items were already like 60% off, she also took a bit more because on one of my pieces not all the lights were were working, it was a GIANT bow to hang on your door and it has lights on it, 2 of the tiny lights were not working, so she even took a little more off for a \damaged\ product. She was awesome and ran 2 orders to help me maximize any coupons that were usable. DEFINITELY will be returning. Totally a gold star trip.

Team members are always helpful when you have a question. I highly recommend downloading the app on your phone and signing up for a points/reward system. The coupons you get are really awesome. They also have the cutest home Decour and it’s always on sale
