Myself and my husband are so thankful for the Port of Toledo. A lot of efficiency, professionalism, and skill was demonstrated during our time there. We had our boat transported in from Arkansas to Port of Toledo lifted from the transport vehicle, power washed the bottom and while in dry storage got new bottom paint, fiberglass work done, new Zincs and then hauled into the water. All of the workers were very proficient, friendly and knowledgeable. The prices for all of the services were very fair. Our initial arrival date got moved around a bit, and Melodie was always accommodating and responsive to my calls and emails. When our boat arrived I was pleasantly surprised that our boat got worked right in. Ted was very knowledgeable and helpful even when we knew he was extremely busy. He coordinated everyone working on our boat really well. Juan was very skilled in repairing our fiberglass and did an amazing job at matching our original 1986 paint patterns. Dana was very communicative during the whole process of getting the right paint for our needs and always kept us apprised of our estimated cost. He gave us helpful ways of saving some money by cleaning up after paint spray etc. Tony guided our boat while in the lift with such precise maneuvering. I still don’t know how they all do it! I apologize for not mentioning everyone by name that we came into contact with, as they ALL were absolutely wonderful and kind. We will highly recommend Port of Toledo and we will definitely be back for any additional boat needs.
