It was a comfortable experience. Loved the fact that I could charge my phone.Im disabled so I need to have a working phone in case of emergency. The ladies from the Toledo Library were awesome!! Thanks to all the volunteers!

If I could give less then 1 star I would. I was recently in a wedding at the Reining center. To start the facility is nice with a hotel and some resturants with in walking distance. The staff is a whole other deamon. We were told no drinking in the parking lot, no problem we moved the vehicles with alcohol in them across the street to the hotel where some of the wedding guests were staying and figured problem solved. How wrong we were the dark haired bartender made it her mission to not only police the centers parking lot, which meant she couldn't do the job she was paid to be there doing, but also the Hotel parking lot as well. Multiple calls to the police - Toledo, Tama, and the County police all made apperances - in some instances to talk to people drinking Pepsi in the parking lot. I was threatened with arrest by the staff for carrying an unopened Pepsi into the parking lot. Over all it was a pretty terrible experience and I would not recommend the center or staff for any event. The really sad part is that they sent the police over the hotel which looks terrible to potential guests of that hotel. It was very intimidating to realize that the staff were spying on us from darkened offices with the blinds drawn and to have them waiting outside of the restrooms when you came out. With as nice as the venue was, the way the staff treated everyone was a sad state of affairs. It was like they were doing their best to ruin the ocassion. And the fact that they had the police harassing us on top of it all was crazy. Do yourself a favor and find another place to hold your event.
