Customer service was good at getting me in without any hassle which is what I look for when calling into a business. The quality of the work was good as well as I've had no issues. Im wife used them first and she liked them so I gave them a try and I had no problems either. They can do the work at their shop or come out to you. They do good work.

This process was coordinated through SunRoof Express so I cannot speak to how they dealt with setting this process up initially however I can speak to dealing with the office staff during the pickup process. I felt I was treated like a nuisance instead of a valued customer. This was the last day before a holiday and they were closing early however I arrived shortly before my scheduled pickup time in attempts to keep them from having to work over and they did not seem to be very organized to help me get on my way on time. In addition, the roof glass is not setting in the same position as it was originally so parts of it stick up higher then before. There were dirt smudges left on headliner and there was some damage on some of my trim molding.
