We LOVE Ace! My daughter had been working with a social worker for her special needs and required individual transportation to her alternative school over 40 minutes away. We weren't able to find a driver that matched her needs which the board of ED had been working with us to obtain through another transportation company and she was missing school because of it. I reached out to Ace and explained our unique situation. Axel and Kimberly jumped up and coordinated our request within less than an hour and found us the perfect fit! She was able to start school immediately and had the reliable friendly transportation to get her there safely. I was very impressed with Ace also because I learned that they are safety certified drivers which means they are approved by DCF programs and special needs accommodations given by the CT Departments of Education. I continuously recommend Ace Transportation over ANY other! Hands-down 10/10 and my advice to anyone in need of professional timely transport service.

Customer service defended a driver that I called to make a complaint about. Driver was very rude to an elderly man who was discharged from the emergency room has difficulty walking. Zero customer service etiquette and customer service defended driver without even allowing me to finish speaking or asking for the facts by saying they are not responsible to load and unload passengers and the passenger must have been a Regular and knew better for the driver to have been rude. One fact is that it’s raining hard and it’s cold for the elderly sick passenger to be waiting outside. Vehicle 833 10/16/2020 around 230pm.

Excellent service. Driver ( Paul) did a grt job. Smooth ride and very clean vehicle. West Hartford to Hartford. Pleased with overall experience, dispath said driver would arrive in half hour and even with traffic, he made it in 1/2 hour . Under 7 min ride home. Will call again. Thanks!
