I came in as a walk in, on a weekend in the morning with a very uncomfortable infection. The staff and my doctor were very kind and professional, and my doctor started me on some antibiotics while my samples were sent to the lab, so that I would be able to address the discomfort. Billing was clear and the department was very pleasant when I called to pay my remaining balance. I’d highly recommend them to anyone.

I love the online check in. I sliced my finger pretty bad and was able to check in while my boyfriend drove me their. Soon as I checked in physically they called me back promptly. Staff and attending doctor/pa/nurse (forgot to ask) was very nice. She gave me 4 stitches on my finger and helped me feel comfortable as she worked. I always like going to this location when I can’t get into my regular doctor right away.

When my son started to feel ill I dreaded the thought of having to sit in the ER but it needed to be done because the flu has been so rampant this year. When he called me at work to inform me his fever was 103 degrees, I rushed home and took him to the nearest Urgent Care that being Alliance, I was in the back within 15 mins of entering the building and seen/treated within an hour. My DOCTOR....not PA but MEDICAL DOCTOR quickly diagnosed him (flu), gave me tips on his care for the next week, medication and a note for school. My out of pocket cost was very reasonable and we'll definitely be back
