I was there on 12/01/2020 around 11am. The man who “helped” me was on the second register on the west side of this post office. He was an older man maybe in his 60’s gray hair. I was next in line and I noticed the there was a Caucasian lady that he was helping and he taped her box and didn’t charge her for the tape. When he called me up to the register I needed help with what address paper needed to be taped to the box and he just told me to wait back in line and to tape the paper to the box and tape the box close so he could get the line going. There was a long line and I left. What made me upset was that the treatment was completely different.

I sent a package priority on Nov 30th. I was told it would be delivered in 3-5 days (going to Tennessee). 7 days later, nothing. I went to the post office and they told me that the package wasn't scanned in at the FedEx warehouse. I filled out my info, I was told I would get a call or email. (Never got either). The very next day, I get a message from usps tracking saying my package was scanned in at the FedEx warehouse (finally). According to the post office, they (FedEx) got my package on Nov 30th. It took them 8 days to scan it in. Now day 12. Still NOTHING. I can't get no info from the usps tracking except for your package is running later than expected (which it's been saying that since the 5th). I have insurance on it but still. This is crazy considering I sent 2 packages the same day to the same state and one made it on the 7th.

I've had gummies with stickers clearly stating to deliver to door,delivered in A HOT mail box where they got Ruined not once but twice!! Now the same thing with an item that wasn't supposed to be bent! RUDE!!!

Absolutely Ridiculous!!!! I have shipped out and item twice because the first time the person received it, it was broken. I shipped it again and they received it broken again. They’re supper uncaring about these packages. So disappointed
