Personally My experience with the company has been good. The only person I interacted with has Liz and she is very professional. Also earlier this year , I was so sick with the Virus and didn't even know what was next in my life. Fees were due and over due and not only did she handle the late fees , she showed so much care and concern and sent an email to check on my well being. *You never know what showing care can do to others, always be kind****Thank you Liz and also Chris who was so pleasant and kind. ( Need extra stars to be added for them) .

Currently working with Backyard Realty group dba Tolley Community Management. I have sent 25 emails to Sean, and Jayme was cc in several. I have asked for late fee waivers due to covid. Trying to request help due to 20 percent fees per month on the Hoa of the Overlook in Marietta, GA. Sent 25 emails and called countless times and have not received a response except for once. I am so tired of trying to communicate with the HOA managers and receive no return emails or calls for weeks. It has been very stressful. Asking for a manager now. We will see how long that response takes. *response to the owner**, please advise What email should I message my information to? The emails I have clearly are not working hence my post on Google and Facebook.

If I can give this association 0 stars I would. This company are thieves and give you false fees. My husband and I are homeowners and we feel like we renting our own property to this HOA company instead of paying a monthly mortgage. This company is a greedy for money association that does not know how to treat their clients and never can show proof of their so called fees. My husband and I call them and they never address questions appropriately or effectively. Never show proof of nothing! They are quick to give you a fees for no apparent reasons. I don’t understand how they even got 4.4 stars. That’s a lie. A NO kids friendly community. This association is horrible. Never again will my husband and I have anything to do with a Tolley! Run....
