Best card shop in mn, just a few cards Ive pulled from hobby boxes from this location(you can see them in the photos) .. Im very sad he will be closing his doors at the end of october. He will really be missed

Tom did you use to have a shop in mounds view like 2/3 years ago you used to have card sports memorabilia auctions. On Sat and Sundays if so I use to buy like crazy from your shop then I kinda stoped collecting now I'm starting to collect again. Let me know if I have the right tom

Tom Frantzen is one of the most important individuals in the Twin Cities as far as sportscards and collectibles. For several decades, he has helped organize and facilitate dozens of card shows bringing together hundreds of dealers and hobby enthusiasts. Frequently, card shows are held near his shop. For those efforts, I give Tom significant credit for providing this valuable service to hobbyists. I give him 5 stars. That said, I am not the biggest fan of his shop. I would give it 3 stars. He has a great selection of product. I don't think it is unreasonably priced. But the shop has long looked rather disorganized and many products aren't priced at all - in particular older products and oddball items. Those are items in which I have a particular interest. For someone like me, it is a challenge/struggle to identify something I like only to find out there is no price. I hate to haggle/bargain. Just tell me what you want to charge and label it accordingly. Anyway, that's my beef. Other than that, I think his shop seems to have loyalists and regular customers who passionately care about his shop. So for that reason, it deserves no less than 3 stars.

Tom is a friendly owner, takes good care of his customers and is knowledgeable on product coming in. Fun weekly instore auctions as well. A good stop for sports or magic cards.
