These folks know their trade, that's why Tom and his tribe are called PROFESSIONALS! Matter of fact, I'm stopping by tomorrow (or the day after) because I have a new question that will require that valued professionalism that keeps me going back for more! I’m not even leaving one star. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone, or State Farm in general! They’re charging me for months that I’ve paid? Granted I’ve gone in person all 3 months in a row (November 2018-January 2019) to pay my insurance, and they never told me anything!?! This could of easily been avoided! My whole family has had bad experiences! Hopefully soon I’ll be cancelling my insurance.

No wonder why their ratings are low and here is another one star for them. Since I switched to them in February, their rate is going up every month with excuses that should have been said and documented upfront. They like to play around nickle and dime people, but I'm not that type of customer that will allow that. Horrible customer service and 3.months after I signed up with I will be switching in the next couple of days, if they think the way they do business is right they will not go far, there are too many agencies out there to compete with this dishonest one.
