Got car serviced here and as you can see below ... they seem to have forgotten how to properly change your oil. I'm surprised I still have oil in my car. Would suggest to get your vehicle serviced elsewhere.

We had a great experience with the service department. My wife’s car went in for the 40k service and a recall on the catalytic converter. They recall was expected to take 3 days which was longer than we had planned when booking the appointment online. Tom Wood was out of loaner vehicles at the time, but they set up a comparable rental vehicle through a local rental car company while our vehicle was in the shop. Overall they handled everything professionally.
