Do not come here expecting good customer service or for them to be able to match embroidery. They were unable to match the style, size and spacing of embroidery I had done previously at another shop. Apparently the way the other shop did it \is not the way embroidery is done\. While I am sure they have won trophies for technically correct embroidery, in this case the correct way to do it would be the way the customer wants or else let the customer know they can't match it. To make matters worse, they never even offered a refund and just walked into the back when they were done talking to me.
