I cannot speak regarding Tom's Amusement's products as we never received a proposal. I was interested in a revenue sharing deal with Tom's Amusement and tried to schedule several on-site visits with Brian but was never contacted or was rescheduled. I finally was able to meet Brian at my facility and was informed he would provide a proposal for services. I left voice mails and 4 weeks later no response. If you are looking for a company with NO CUSTOMER SERVICE and want to be ignored by a company Tom's Amusement is for you!
