Never showed up for a tow. I was given a 2 to 3 hrs ETA and they never showed up.My company needs to cancel this contract. If I could give them no stars I would!

I needed to move a 1970 Cadillac Coupe Deville. This is a HUGE car! After calling a few tow companies, Accurate came in the lowest (still fairly priced, plus they were local to my house, so that probably played a factor). Bobby (Big Bob, with the beard (I was told there are 2 Bobby's)) came out for the tow. He was extremely friendly and professional. He handled the loading and offloading of the car with the greatest care, and ensured I was pleased with where the car was placed at my home. When the time comes to move the car again, I will certainly consider using Accurate Towing before anyone else. Thank you, Bobby, and the rest of the team there. Great job!
SPITEFUL! Taking advantage of the senior citizens! My sister who cares for my mother stayed overnight to help her. She woke up the next morning and her car was gone! She found out that Accurate Towing patrols the 55 and over communities in hope's of finding the \violators\ who dare to park in the street overnight. When picking the car up after paying the outrageous towing fee of 270.00 to tow a car less than10 miles the only thing they could say was \it's illegal\. WHAT A SCAM ON THE EDERLY. A decent company would've knocked on the door to at least give a warning.
My car died on a busy street tonight. First time something so scary ever happened like this. On a rainy night and busy 5pm traffic. I was overwhelmed and after calling the police, accurate showed up. Just wanted to mention how great Joe was. He took great car of my car and my nervous self. Talked to me on the way to taking my car home and just great service. Thank you so much!
Accurate just completed a heavy move for my company. Everyone was super professional, Brian in the office and Michael, the truck driver, were very helpful. Pricing affordable and grate service. I will call and recommend this guys. Thank You for your Hard work. Adam
