I would not recommend Pine Lake Park Clubhouse. Based purely on how unprofessional the woman who runs it (Grace) is. The clubhouse itself is beautiful and classic. But the woman was so rude and threatened my sister and brother in law multiple times. Saying their wedding would not go on if they didn’t pay her MORE money than the contract stated. Saying she “messed numbers up” pulling a bait and switch. She raised her voice and gave my sister attitude, making her cry, the day before her wedding. She only changed her tone of voice and attitude toward them when a different patron came by mid conversation, she then was trying to play the victim and make us feel guilty for her mistake. She refused to take the blame for the situation and threatened to not give them the money back if we had taken our business elsewhere. She was so unprofessional and a terrible to work with. The caterer (that she forces you to use) food was fine and warm. The waitstaff ( that she also forces you to use and pay for) did their job and were nice. I also should mention not to sit on the picnic tables outside because they are dry rotted and full of termites and they refused to move them for the wedding ceremony. I would never recommend this facility to anyone, for the sake of their time, money, and sanity.

Scam, scam, scam...”caterer” are employees from ShopRite and buy ShopRite rotisserie chickens and side dishes from shoprite catering. Huge ripoff, I don’t post about anything ever, but this needs to be looked into. My family was duped, warning to future patrons. Also wanted to add this: “In New Jersey, you can start a catering business in your home or from a leased kitchen. It costs less to start the business from your home than to pay for a lease. New Jersey state requires several documentations, such as permits and a food license, in order to start a catering business no matter where you base your business from. And you must follow state laws and food safety regulations in order to open the business.” “Apply for permits. New Jersey requires each event that you cater a separate application for a permit. The application will require various personal information, including your name, address and location of the event that you plan to cater. There is a 100 fee for the application.” Where is their documentation?!?!?!

Just attended a party here last weekend, very cool old time barn house like vibe, the Penne Vodka was the best I have ever had in my life.

I will start by saying that the food was great from the catering service we HAD to use. Yes beautiful clubhouse. Unfortunately the woman running it is rude and unprofessional. She threatened to take everything away and not give us back “a dime” if we didn’t give her more money. We called her to tell her that my sister fell through a termite infested bench outside while we were doing rehearsal and her response was “is she OK ? And you owe me more money“ Sure we are human and make errors but a professional person would’ve had a total amount due two weeks before not THE DAY before. Giving us time and room for error. I would never recommend this place solely because of her. I am very lucky to have gotten my wedding!!! The caterer is Family ,the Dj is family and she hired herself as our third “waitress” , it’s a scam..
