My furnace died in the middle of January in Buffalo! I needed help quickly, and Sam was the first place I called on Sunday morning who responded immediately. He went over to my place that day and within the next two days, a new furnace and AC unit were installed at my house. His prices were very reasonable and he kept me updated about all of the repairs and installations, even though I was out of town during this time! Thanks Sam!

My furnace died at the end of January, called service pro and they came out that day and were able to repair temporary my furnace till parts could come in, they came back a week later and totally repaired my furnace, and did a full check up of my heating and cooling system, great guys to deal with, super friendly, and great communication with them. I woke up to no heat in the house on Saturday morning. Sam came out by 10am and checked out my boiler. With over 30 years of experience he was able to diagnose the problem in 5 minutes. He also found that the circulating pump was barely moving water. It was so nice to have someone explain the situation and actually show me what was happening. So Sam installed a new pump and igniter for the boiler and had things running in a few hours. He was super professional and broke down parts and labor costs upfront. He also gave me advice on what annual maintenance I should be doing on my system. I will definitely be calling Service Pro again!
