Closest thing you can get in the dc area to the real deal, but the server didn’t know what whizwit was

I’ve been to the Tony Luke’s location at the Pentagon once and really enjoyed it. So I decided to go back yesterday, 30 May 2019 at the Pentagon location around 1:30-2:00 pm, and was very dissatisfied with the service. First off, the cashier was ok, but the cook seemed very unhappy. I tried making conversation with him, but he didn’t seem very nice. And to top it off, they didn’t ask me if I wanted anything in my sandwich! I ordered 2 Cheesesteak sandwiches and when I got it from the cook, the only thing in it was the cheese (melted), and the steak!!! The worst cheesesteak sandwich I’ve ever had! Worst service ever overall! Need to fire that cook or provide him with customer service training!
