I tried to reserve a concrete grinder (for this upcoming Saturday) this am around 9am. I was told first come first serve......never heard of such at a tool rental place. I said, how about if I pay for it now?.......I was told that I would have to pay for every day before Saturday too. The associate was just plain rude. He did not even come within 20 feet of me while he "helped" me. Needless to say, I will spend that 200 somewhere else as I have already reserved a machine for Saturday at a local tool rental company. Furthermore: the customer service at Home Depot in general has gone downhill in a major way. Can't seem to ever find someone to help. I ended up going to Floor and Decor for flooring for my entire house....better selection and plenty of people looking to help me. There have been other poor customer service instances at this particular location. I've spent a couple thousand there in the last month or so. I will take my business elsewhere.
