This place is an absolute joke, First off plan on it taking 45 minutes or better to get your rental equipment. Some of this time is spent on the clock as they unlock everything. I have rented at this location at least 6 times and never once did I get out in a timely fashion. Second they treat you like dirt and make you return equipment in like new condition or its a 200.00 cleaning fee. I get if its trashed but this stands for light dust at this place. Its a shame that big box business just has no concern for its customers. I will take my contracting rental needs elsewhere.
