I wish I could give it one star. Home Depots are usually at least OK, I rented a drain snake and the person there did not give me directions on how to use it. I have used them before but this time it would not come out. I brought it back and saw the directions had printed out and were on the desk. I said you should give those to people when they rent things and she threw it away and said they always do. I handed her everything I had received and because there were 3 more people waiting in line just paid for it out of consideration for them WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE SEEN.

Worst Home Depot in the world!! Waited in line to check out 35 minutes today watching this joke of a place make one screw up after another. Tool rental was a huge joke as well last time i was there. Intentionally charged my card multiple times because their system wouldn't print the receipt. Never go here.
