We have used the services of the tool rental department at the Crestline (SW Denver) location on several occasions. We have also rented a moving truck from them. The people there have always been polite, and professional. The rental services are fairly priced, and easy to use. That is our take, anyway. Your mileage may vary.

Staff are helpful and it's also a penske drop off.

Parking lot is always a mess and the majority of the center up from t parking is taken up with all the it trailers and rental equipment. Not convenient and rental staff was not friendly.

No one was much help in the store and when we went back to the tool rental center Mark was no different. He was rude just like the rest of the staff. Very poor manners and no respect towards customers.
