Customer service could use some help. Maybe they're told not to make small talk with customers because they might come back. But there is one sweet lady there, I believe Iris is her name, she was very pleasant. As far as the tools go, they are maintained well, and I've never had an issue with anything. So I should give them 4 stars but I like good customer service.
The truck was filthy. You could wipe your finger accross anything in the cab and see the path. COVID-19 RISK I am sure is high renting a truck here. No safety triangles in case of break down. I have rented several times from this location BUT I will stop down the street at U-haul from now on.
