I Been renting tools in Home Depot easily more then 10 years, normally anything I need to rent is here, and Honestly if you come rent something is because you know what you here for, but if you don't know how to use a tool ,get a pro to do it. That simple. And I know a lot home depot associates and they don't even know what are there for, but is not up to me to tell them, at the end I know that's also really hard for the management too.

They gave me a machine to drill into the dirt and not with the appropriate accessories, so I couldn’t use it. I came back at the end of the day since I was too far to come during the day and they still charge me with no care for their customers. San Mateo rental are so much easier to work with.

Came to rent the machine that costs 75 a day, ended up paying 200 cause online was indicated the price just for the cart not for the whole assembly, and also the blade for the hammer broke in the first minute of using it.
