Very friendly staff, Jack was great and they were helpful in every way. I'd use them again for sure, it saves a lot of money if you only have a job or two and don't need to pay for the actual tool.

Best staff...wish they rented bigger tools. Most informed professional associates you'll find at any big box format. Go here first if you have a project and need to rent tools.
Staff was rude and unhelpful. Employee was condescending when I asked to look at equipment to see if it’d fit in my vehicle. Not a great experience. Which resulted me going to Lowe’s to buy a rototiller there instead of Home Depot.
