The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I called at 8:30am to reserve a trailer for 12:30pm pick up and was told that they couldn't, even with volunteering to pay a deposit. The rep that answered the phone was extremely rude about it as well. I Called back two hours later so that I could reserve the trailer for a 12:30pm pick up and was told that they are all out. Obviously, I was not happy about it as I waited 2 hours to reserve as the rep previously told me. The rep then said "I told you we can't reserve them" which was a lie because he just told me that they can reserve for up to 2 hours the previous time, but again i wasn't able to pick it up until at least noon. Will never rent anything from Home Depot. Waist of time.

I called to ask some questions on a stump grinder. It took 25min on the phone to talk to someone, only to be asked, “don’t you have internet? You can look at it all online.” I guess 12.50 an hr doesn’t get you much for customer service these days.
