I rented a power washer for 4 hours. I got it home and it froze up less than 5 minutes into the wash. I waited a few to see if it needed to cool down. It didn’t. Drove it all the way back to Home Depot (30 mins away) where it decided to work! I asked if my 4 hours could be extended or if I could rent it tomorrow since it was close to the end of the day. They told me no, refused to give my any money back and essentially called me a liar. I have never experienced worse customer service. Lowe’s has my business for life.
