Charles and Juan in the tool rental center are very helpful . If you want to rent a vehicle you should be there the first hour they are open. The store has a bathroom and it is always clean. For children there are art supplies and the paint brushes that can even fit little toddler hands . So if you need gift's and it's last minute you can find something for everyone. There is plenty of parking.

After being waiting 1 hour for a rent of a truck we had wait a extra 30 min for a manager to cancel a prior order of a perfect truck that was waiting the whole time for us outside.. then another 30min to wait somebody to lift the pallet we bought.. was a eternal morning... but Ronnal which was the only one working on the rental department is very professional 5 stars for him... They definitely need more employees
Very friendly and very helpful. Took time to show how to use the equipment. Good place to rent equipment and prices are fair.
