Rented an air compressor. When I returned it, I went to the tool rental desk and asked for help to lift it out of my truck. A guy with blond hair had an attitude called for someone to help. After waiting for a while, I went back to him to let him know nobody was out there. He walked outside and pointed out someone on the other side of the parking lot. He helped lift the compressor out of my truck and walked away instead of helping bring the compressor inside. Then he ignored me when I walked back to the tool desk. I'll never go to this store again!

Typical Home Depot service and the reason I usually shop at Lowes. Visited location to rent two moving trucks. One truck was not running so they had to redo all of the contracts. We couldnt even leave with one truck while we sorted out the other. We have been here for over 90 mins and we still have not left with one truck. I dont necessarily feels it was the employee's fault as it seems like she was following some ridiculous policy.

Rented a chain saw and attendant was very rude...don't understand how this major firm would allow such a rude person attend customers...his appearance was not if professional presence...a punk rocker haircut with piercings....not good HD.
