Never have any problems with this dept of home depot. Knowledgeable staff with just about everything you could want to rent. Rented a 50 ft snake and did my drain. Saved like 100.00 at least by not calling a plumber. They also have strong power washers. Not the low power ones that you have to go over the wood over and over. easy pick up and drop off because you can pull right up to the door.

POOR - called for specific item was told by employee they did not have it. 4 minutes later he called me back and told me he had locked what I wanted. Told him I would be there asap. Rented a Uhaul truck and headed 38 miles to pick it up. What I wanted was NOT THERE! Was told employee was mistaken and they could order it for almost double the online price. So now I'm out 70.00 for Uhaul and have no item. Always have gone to Home Depot for all home improvements and will now switch to LOWES or MENARDS. Shame on you Haggerty
