Rented a small excavator. It was absolutely priced fairly. I haven't received my deposit back yet, but I believe the issue is on my end. Their staff is very knowledgeable too!

I would never again rent any tool and equipment at the home depot. They are ripped off on your hard earned and then explain about their company policies. The cost most of their equipment for one week is also equal buying it brand new
Worst experience I have had with a business. Staff was not knowledgeable. They could not explain why the stump grinder did not work for a pine tree that I just cut down. A local competitor sunbelt rentals understood within the first minute over the phone what 3 home depot employees couldn't figure out in 20 mins in person with a sample of the wood I was trying to grind. Apparently stump grinder manufacturers recommend waiting 5 to 6 months after cutting pine trees before grinding them. I will no longer be doing business with home depot rental department.
