It cools have been better I say don't go and rent tools from the Riverdale Home Depot the gentleman that runs at the apartment on the weekend is not helpful at all his personality is he's here but he really doesn't want to be there and he shows you that bye not being helpful and taking his job serious I had to ask the gentleman numerous times for assistance to put a chainsaw blade chain back on the chainsaw he was uncooperative my brother had to put the chain back on a chainsaw so why would anyone want to rent or pay for equipment from there if you have a gentleman that does not know his job details so for future people customers consumers that wants to go Home Depot in shop I recommend that you find another Home Depot besides the one in Riverdale to use because the employees there have attitude problems very unhelpful they rather Talk Amongst yourselves then help a paying customer and when you ask for assistance they're very disrespectful and they edited shows even if I don't think they even know the definition of etiquette but I hope you consume have a very pleasant weekend and a blessed weekend but you really need to take Riverdale Home Depot off your radar and go 2 Morrow Home Depot Morrow Home Depot makes you feel like you're part of the team like you're part of Home Depot like you part of a family like they really are your friends very pleasant always smiling it is a total difference experience between the two go to Riverdale then go to Morrow Home Depot on Mount Zion Road off of 75 South and you will see the difference between the two stores and then employ ease and it appears you would definitely understand what I'm talking about have a good day

Ok so I paid for the rug doctor rental (carpet cleaner machine) to have for 24 hours from home depo Riverdale, GA, Tried it out moved all funiture around but realized it was just spitting out water and soap brought . Looked on YouTube then realized the suction was not working, because of me having the product from 10:40- 6p ...I was told I can not get a refund from a Mgr named Cornell he stated I took to long to bring it back and I didn't call till 5:30pm . ..wow -after y'all rented me a machine that was unworkable..... Maybe I didn't call because I thought I was doing something wrong and I kept trying it out ...Thanks home depo for not initializing my time being wasted and the physical strength I used to move all my funiture aside that took 3 hours prior ..... plus used ur product 4 times in the same room thinking I was not doing something right , then to figure out it was broken ... Oh yea thanks for the wet carpet also! This store has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS or maybe poor training of Managers And staff as to how to treat a customer and customer service. Not once did I get an apology, sympathy, or some kind of reinbustment from them renting me out a broken machine . I wanted a refund for the product because I was not going to attempt that task again. I have never in my life been treated with such low dignity . Never again! I guess I'm the jack ass for choosing home depo Riverdale GA to rent from! FYI: if you do choose to rent make sure they test it out in the store or else your on your own!
