I feel truly fortunate to have Caroline Klebl - Yoga Teacher Training here in the city. It is in a convenient central location, the facilities are impeccable, and the class is high energy and fun. While it is expensive, you definitely get your money's worth and it is a fantastic start to the day before work. They even have multiple showers, towels, mats, mat towels, and all the supplies you'll need so you don't have to lug around a heavy gym bag. Highest recommendation!

Ten second version: fast-paced, heated yoga class with great instructors and full amenities that you can just walk into dressed for yoga (everything is provided), but in a not-so-great neighborhood (thank goodness for uber pool / lyft line). More detail (if you want) below.
