Never ever buy a car from here. It will break down. Your check engine light will come on within a week of driving it off the lot. If you send it to the mechanic they use under the warranty.... I promise you that when you pick your car up, it will have major issues that it did not have before you dropped it off. And in the end they will tell you whatever’s wrong isn’t covered under that warranty. Then they will tell you that you have to continue to make those payments and you’ll also be stuck with multiple major repairs.... even if it hasn’t been 30 days since you purchased the vehicle and even if that same vehicle has been in the shop for a week of the 3 you have “owned” it. If you choose to buy a car from here even after reading this warning... well .. I guess just know you were warned... but if this helps even one person who may be on the fence about this place make the decision NOT to ever deal with theses sleaze ball liars, then the time I took to write this several years after my experience with them is worth it. Seriously.. the experience was so bad that even after more than 5 years, every time i see their commercial or drive by the place I get flashbacks.

I have a very checkered past. Patti at the Topeka store was beyond helpful. So friendly and got me in a better car with a better payment than I ever thought possible. Throw in the warranty and quality of service, and you will not find a better place. Period. Now I’ve talked to Timothy in account management as well. Even more friendly and polite. Haven’t meet a person there that isn’t just wonderful to work with. Will be buying my cars from them from now on. No question!!!!
I would rate it more stars if that was an option. I had a great experience. Brian Reed went above and beyond and got me and my husband in the car we not only really wanted but truly needed. Id recommend going here.
I am going to file a lawsuit for fraudulent business practices. My car was being worked on I was in constant contact with mechanic. Auto Now was constantly lying holding my car hostage. I have recording of them saying of I pay a month ahead I could have car back. That was month ago. And they already had it a month before that. I have them all the money I had now my son has to sell his possessions to get cab fair for dialysis. The mechanic doesn't understand why it's happening. So this unfair trade practices needs to be righted. This is only chance signed Irene Cheney
