I am very pleased with the care my loved one is receiving at Brookdale. The entire staff is so caring and helpful to me and my loved one. The facility is always clean. The food is good. The laundry service is efficient. I can’t say enough good things about Brookdale. It’s easy for me to give a five star rating to Brookdale.

I have been above satisfied with Brookdale. The staff is amazing and while the disease of the memory is challenging the staff always steps up and works with the residents. The process of putting your loved ones in a residential facility is an emotional roller coaster and I personally can not thank everyone at Brookdale enough for holding my hand and helping me through the process.
I have been very pleased with the staff. They are all so caring and PATIENT!! The staff always takes time for my questions and let me know if there is any kind of an issue. Also, they all love my dog, Tuffy Craig.! I was so guilty finally deciding this was the right move. They listened to my concerns with compassion and helped me to understand these feelings were normal. Love the staff!!
Fantastic place. They took such good care of my father. They have lots of activities and wonderful, caring people. It has a very homey and and there is a real family feel to the place. They even have an enclosed patio and garden so the residents can safely be outside. I fell in love with the caregivers as well as the residents. The food is excellent! We often ate there with Dad. Their communication was fantastic and I was always aware of Dad's needs and his condition. I would choose this place again and recommend it to anyone. This is a hard population to care for, but they treat EVERYONE with kindness and dignity.
As a former employee I can say that this place is not worth the money. There isn't a nurse there 24/7 and a lot of the treatments are placed on the med aide who already has to pass pills to the entire building. Also, for those seeking employment here I was injured assisting a resident and filed a workmans compensation claim and was on light duty for weeks waiting for corporate to approve my doctor reccommended physical therapy and ended up putting in my two weeks because an HR worker told my doctor that they felt they weren't responsible so working for a place that puts money over the well being of their employees isn't worth it to me. I still to this day struggle with back pain from that injury which was months ago and I am only 19 years old.
