Very rude (Jerry) maybe. Biggest rain of the year and they tell me to call who ever did are restoration for are carpet cleaning. Knowing I was a business with mold growing. Would not bid till week after rain storm. Could not believe it when I always hear call Chavez well will never ever call again

I'm so glad that I chose Chavez Restoration when my basement recently flooded. They're great people to have taking care of you in an emergency situation. After phoning them about my flooded basement they arrived at my house within an hour and immediately put my mind at ease. This is a group of wonderful and caring people who know their business and do a great job....very professional, knowledgeable, dedicated and dependable. I would recommend Chavez Restoration to anyone and everyone. I would use them again.

Don't waste your time...they will waste yours. I called to get my ducts cleaned out. Matthew came out to see my house and gave me an estimate...then I never heard from him again! He was supposed to call me later that day or the next to set up the actual appointment. I gave him a week and left a voice message...still nothing! He did say he was their only estimator (aside from the boss), and would be doing the duct cleaning himself and one other guy. He said they were busy, but that's no excuse for ignoring new clients...that's just bad business.
