We were at a loss when it came to Internet on the road until we met Jesse and this company. He provided us viable options which would work for our situation and we were eager to give it a try. One option from our own decision did not work well, so Jesse was quick to work with us and supply us with an alternative option that did work! Jesse went above and beyond what we were expecting, and it was a great experience to work with him. He was fast to respond to emails, and was great to work with overall. The service excom provided is working awesome, and we are very happy with the decision that Jesse helped us make. Thank you for providing a great service, I just wish we found you years ago! :-)

These guys are GREAT! Jesse is top of his game. Even before becoming a customer, he provided excellent support and got me up and running in no time. He helped troubleshoot an issue with my current providers configuration before I was a customer. He contacted me immediately after I sent a quick email and left a message asking about switching services. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I'll definitely be signing up in the coming week or two when my existing services expire.

I just about gave up on having any internet in my area since the major ISPs didn't serve my area. I was very frustrated but then I discovered EZ-COM. Thank goodness I did because now I can enjoy a normal internet experience like everyone else. Lifesaver! Best of all their support staff on the store website gets back to me instantly over instant messenger. Fast quality customer support and I feel valued as a customer.
I was in desperate need of a decent internet solution. I live in a rural area and my only two options were satellite internet with extremely terrible lag times or AT&T dsl which provided 2 mbps down on a good day. I was fortunate enough to find EZ-COM during an internet search for rural internet solutions. I called them and talked to the owner Jesse. He told me what I needed and I ordered it. I was cautiously hopeful because I had been burned before by someone offering rural internet solutions. The equipment arrived a week later and I wasted no time installing it while keeping my fingers crossed that I wouldn’t be disappointed. BOOM! Jesse had come through on his promises. I am now able to surf the internet and stream video as if I lived in the city. THANK YOU JESSE AND EZ-COM!!! Update 10/30/20 I can now vouch for Jesse and EZ COM’s service after the sale. I had some issues with my service. I contacted Jesse and he went above and beyond to resolve my problem. Not only did he fix my service but he also improved it. I can confidently recommend EZ COM to anyone looking for an internet solution.
