Worst gym experience I’ve ever had as a new customer. I was given a tour of the facility and given a rate for me and my family, but when I came in the following day when the Assistant GM was there the price went way up! The Assistant GM didn’t seem bothered that we were told half the price she just gave us and asked us if we still wanted the membership. I had already brought my family in, so we reluctantly signed up. But as I went to take my kids to the “jump” building next door, they were closed after we were just told we could use the facility. We all just went home after that. We later decided we wanted to cancel our membership as it was DOUBLE what we were told it would be and they charged us an additional 200 to cancel!! I couldn’t believe they would do that. We never even received our gym keys to workout! I would not recommend this gym to anyone. They seem desperate for money and there are other gyms in town with better customer service and a much lower monthly fee that won’t change prices on you. Very disappointed that nobody even reached out to try to make things right. They just lost 4 customers.

Came to this place a couple weeks ago. Staff did not have a clue what they were doing and were receiving very little help from their supervisors. I asked multiple questions about how their system works and could not get the supervisor to talk back to me, I guess the conversation with her friend was more important. Besides the lack of management, they had multiple signs that said you could only get 1 day pass a month that cost 15. Now that price is already outrageous for a gym but why could I not come back later on. I am a student and don’t always have time to go to the gym consistently, why can’t I buy a day pass more than once a month? Like you seriously don’t want my money? The facility is beautiful and always empty, and I now understand why.

Overall a decent place to work out. With COVID they have spaces things out to social distance and they are not crowded at 6AM so good time to work out. They have some equipment that needs some work but is usable and if something is out of commission they are reasonably quick to get it repaired.

We've been coming to youth tennis \Net Generation\ for a couple years. I wanted to say what an excellent program this has been for my kids. The coaching staff here is amazing. Bryan, who also runs kids camp, seemingly has an endless amount of energy and is a great coach/mentor to the kids here. Right now my son has Brad, who is new, and my son's game has greatly improved! Brad sets up extra meet-ups for the kids to play and has really taken the time to work with the Green Ball kiddos. I'm beyond impressed with his coaching. If you're looking for a great sport to play and social distance this is it. The coaching staff here is FANTASTIC.

I met the new manager of the South Topeka club. His name is Andrew and he’s the absolute best. By far the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. He’s very knowledgeable and accommodating. I’ve been struggling with getting motivated and he gave me the push I needed to get started. Super impressed!!!
