It has been approximately six months or more since my fathers funeral and we are still waiting for his stone to be placed at his grave. Every time we expect to see it installed there is a delay and an excuse followed by a promise to complete it on another day. When that day arrives, my family again is disappointed that the stone cannot be installed for another poor excuse. My family has already paid for the stone and we have not received what we paid for. How many other companies and services can get away with getting paid and not delivering service. They don’t even seem to care they are not servicing their customers. They are unprofessional, they obviously cannot complete the work they choose to do for a living. I wish I could have taken my business elsewhere.

We paid for a headstone engraving in December of 2015. As of June 2, 2016 (and past Memorial day) the engraving has still not been done. When we called them about it Lisa that answered the phone was very nice and apologetic. Someone was in the background telling her to just hang up and that they don't have to answer to us. I'm feeling like cashing the check 7 months ago says you do. Going to the BBB next.

They will be open, ready for business and answering your calls, until your check is cashed. Then game over. If you want to pay someone to do a disappearing act, hire a magician. At least then you'll get what you paid for.
