I didn't have any problem with these folks for two years and now that I'm my own payee trying to find out when what date the SSI savings that I had occurred had been sent back to Social Security I get no calls back no response the only thing that has gone up has been the fee that they charge me for their service

Hello Google Review Readers, I am posting this review in regards to the business I work for. We had done some work for a client of theirs at the end of June that we are still trying to collect payment for. We had been pretty laid back about not receiving payment until we had been made aware from our accounts payable person that this said invoice was more than 90 days past due. In an attempt to contact our customer and not being able to due to her phone being turned off, we drove to her residence to speak with her. This is when we were informed that not only was her cell phone service shut off due to non payment through this business, but her gas service had also been disconnected due to non-payment aswell. We have been calling this business at least once a day trying to get into contact with someone about collecting payment. These people will not answer their phones, they will not return calls, and they clearly do not pay your bills like they are supposed to. WATCH OUT FOR THESE CROOKS! If you're seriously thinking about having someone handle your finances, I would recommend that you look elsewhere. These people will do nothing but avoid you and steal your money! PS- I wouldn't have given them a single star if I could have posted this without doing so.

I have been trying to verify 2 payments that were sent to my business for a week now and nobody picks up the phone I even went to the location and the door was locked although the recorded message says the were open. I knocked on the door no answer and by the time I got back into my vehicle I seen somebody walk back around the corner of the building as if they were spying to see who I was. I don't know what type of business this is but it doesn't seem legit and now I have a customer payment which cant be applied to their account because it cant be verified. Which means that customer will be out of their funds. I don't what else to say or think about this.

The representative payee's are stealing our benefits and exploiting the disabled seniors money and no government agency will investigate! So what do we do?
