Had a furnace check done by this company. The technician was very punctual and the office staff was very friendly. The technician did a great job explaining what he was doing and why for future reference. I would definitely recommend this company for all of your HVAC needs. They seem to really put their customers needs first. And that’s something that is very important to me personally.

Furnace went down at worst time possible Right in middle of extreme coldest days/nights we've had in years. Most miserable I have ever been. No heat Sunday morning to Friday afternoon. Having an old furnace the part had to be ordered. Was told it would be 3 - 5 days, only 2 1/2 days. David was first tech on Monday and Dakota on Friday. Both were professional and explained work well. Thanks to both. I will go to Latta-Whitlow in future. Also, thanks to ladies in the office.

Marshall was great and so patient answering all my questions about my furnace. I'm sorry I didn't get the other Technicians name. Both of them were very nice. I have been misled by other AC/furnace companies in Topeka in the past, so trust is very important to me. I have used Latta Whitlow before and they have gained my trust. I highly recommend them.
