Lincare has failed my mother twice in the last 10 months. Lincare failed to deliver oxygen to the home on two separate occasions resulting in her return to the Emergency Room for Medical assistance. She has gone without oxygen as ordered by her doctor. We have had to reach out and get new orders for her at a different provider. Jayhawk Pharmacy received the order and had it to her home and in use all while waiting to hear from Lincare. My mothers oxygen reading was 81. How Pathetic and how irresponsible!
